Common use of Variations to This Framework Agreement Clause in Contracts

Variations to This Framework Agreement. 32.1 Variation in General 1.1 Subject to Clause 32.2 (Legislative Change) and Framework Agreement Schedule 3 (Charging Structure), this Framework Agreement may not be varied except where: (a) the Authority notifies the Supplier that it wishes to vary the terms of this Framework Agreement and provides the Supplier with full written details of any such proposed change; and (b) the Authority’s Representative and the Supplier’s Representative acting reasonably, agree to the variation and a written variation agreement is signed by the Authority’s Representative and the Supplier’s Representative.
