Various terms. 35.1 Where the Client shall be more than one person, the obligations of the Client under this Agreement shall be joint and several and any reference to the Client shall be interpreted as a reference to any one or more of these persons. Any warning or other notice given to any of such persons which constitute the Client shall be deemed to have been given to all the persons constituting the Client. Any order given by any of these persons which constitute the Client shall be deemed to have been given by and on behalf of all the persons that constitute the Client. 35.2 Where the Client is a legal entity or the account is a joint account in the name of two or more persons, the person responsible for giving orders for effecting transactions shall be explicitly stated. In case of any dispute regarding orders for effecting transactions or any other handling between the persons in the name of which the joint account has been opened, Argus may freeze the account and/or the fulfilment of all or some of Argus’s obligations until the final settlement of the dispute. 35.3 Any stamp duties payable with respect to the Agreement or any other documents required for the execution of transactions under the Agreement shall be borne by the Client.
