Common use of Vehicle Condition and Return Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camper, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie Camper, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

(c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper Apollo in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 700 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Apollo in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperApollo. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper Apollo must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

(b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsApollo. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It You are responsible for all damage that is essential that all existing damage is not noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on . d) We may repossess the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle at Your expense without prior demand notice to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned or used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camperthis Agreement and We, its our employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and situated. You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c $1 per kilometremile, but also for any plus the costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the specified in Rental Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, Agreement Part A. You will be charged responsible for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, You remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location until We inspect it upon our next opens opening for business and charges will continue to accrue. h) To extend the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicleperiod, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use have received our approval before the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior (the Return Date). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be immediately on confirmation of the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle rental extension. The additional nights will be immediately reported at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in You being charged double the police as stolennightly gross rental rate.

Vehicle Condition and Return. 3.1 Apollo will supply the Vehicle in a safe and road worthy condition. The Vehicle will meet all regulatory requirements such as a number plate. 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Apollo in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (having regard to the period of thie Agreement and not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is and remains at all time the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Apollo; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents.it; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.3 Apollo will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie Campercircumstances, You irrevocably authorise Apollo, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents to the extent permitted by law from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.4 If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge calculated based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any the costs incurred as a result of repairing repair or replacing replace the odometerodometer and You are unable to provide evidence, full contact details and drivers’ licence of the party at fault for the damage. (f) 3.5 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum maximum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.6 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of Apollo, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 30.7 of this Agreement. 3.7 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open within the ordinary hours for the Return Location (as noted at the Website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and business; (b) the rental shall continue continues until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperApollo. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 30.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time Apollo provided the Vehicle to You. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 28 of this Agreement. 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using . 3.10 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel typetype and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. All Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of this fuel the wrong fuel, including contaminated fuel will be (other than where it is at the fault of a third party and that third party’s details have been provided to Apollo), are at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper . 3.11 Apollo must be notified and it must agree in writing to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

The Vehicle will meet all regulatory requirements such as a number plate. 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Apollo in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (having regard to the period of this Agreement and not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is and remains at all times the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Apollo; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents.it; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.3 Apollo will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie Campercircumstances, You irrevocably authorise Apollo, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents to the extent permitted by law from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.4 If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge calculated based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any the costs incurred as a result of repairing repair or replacing replace the odometerodometer and You are unable to provide evidence, full contact details and drivers’ licence of the party at fault for the damage. (f) 3.5 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum maximum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.6 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of Apollo, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 30.7 of this Agreement. 3.7 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open within the ordinary operating hours for the Return Location (as noted at the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue business; (b) this Agreement continues until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperApollo. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 30.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time Apollo provided the Vehicle to You. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 28 of this Agreement. 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using . 3.10 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel typetype and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. All Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of this the wrong fuel including contaminated fuel will be (other than where it is at the fault of a third party and that third party’s details have been provided to Apollo), are at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper . 3.11 Apollo must be notified and it must agree in writing to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

(c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper Star RV in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location Location, plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 700 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Star RV in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperStar RV. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsApollo. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this commencementofthis Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It You are responsible for all damage that is essential that all existing damage is not noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on . d) We may repossess the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle at Your expense without prior demand notice to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned or used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camperthis Agreement and We, its our employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and situated. You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the entryandretaking ofthe Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c $1 per kilometremile, but also for any plus the costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the specified in Rental Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, Agreement Part A. You will be charged responsible for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, You remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location until We inspect it upon our next opens opening for business and charges will continue to accrue. h) To extend the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicleperiod, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use have received our approval before the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior (the Return Date). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be immediately on confirmation of the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle rental extension. The additional nights will be immediately reported at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in You being charged double the police as stolennightly gross rental rate.

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (‘the Nominated Location’) on the date there specified or sooner sooner, if demanded by Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You it was required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any statement or representation made by Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which and You shall be chargedcharged for that damage. (d) Hippie Camper Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, You and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any the law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c 1 dollar per kilometremile, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Nominated Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain the renter is deemed fully responsible for the Vehiclehired vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Star RV; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is deliberately broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingaccordance with clause 23.6. (g) 3.5 If You return the Vehicle late without the permission of Star RV, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 23.7. 3.6 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperStar RV. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 23.7 of the Agreement. (h) 3.7 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 21. 3.8 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. In such circumstances Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Apollo in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperApollo. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper Apollo must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. 3.1 Star RV will supply the Vehicle in a safe and road worthy condition, displaying a valid and current Certificate of Fitness.‌ 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Star RV in good operating a safe and road worthy condition with a valid and with the seal current Certificate of the odometer unbroken. Fitness and You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Star RV; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.3 Star RV will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Star RV, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If 3.4 You must, at or before the seal expiry of the odometer is broken rental period deliver the Vehicle to the Return Location or otherwise tampered with, obtain Star RV’s consent to the continuation of the hire (in which case You will be responsible must pay additional hire charges for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs the extended term of repairing or replacing the odometerhire). (f) 3.5 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingaccordance with clause 24.6. (g) 3.6 If You return the Vehicle late without the permission of Star RV, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 24.7. 3.7 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperStar RV. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 24.7 of the Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 22.‌ 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. . 3.10 Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel fuel, including contaminated fuel will be fuel, is at Your sole expense. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Dealer, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperDealer, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is deliberately broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Return Version 1.1 as at 13 April 2016 Location plus a minimum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Location") and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Date” and “Return Time") or sooner earlier if demanded by Hippie Camper▇▇▇▇▇▇. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsApollo. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It You are responsible for all damage that is essential that all existing damage is not noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on . d) We may repossess the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle at Your expense without prior demand notice to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned or used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camperthis Agreement and We, its our employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and situated. You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c $1 per kilometremile, but also for any plus the costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, You remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location until We inspect it upon our next opens opening for business and charges will continue to accrue. h) To extend the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicleperiod, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use have received our approval before the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior (the Return Date). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by credit card over the return date for telephone or at an Apollo Branch immediately on confirmation of the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle rental extension. The additional nights will be immediately reported at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in You being charged double the police as stolennightly gross rental rate.

(c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper Apollo in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You it was required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any statement or representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which and You shall be chargedcharged for that damage. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, You and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any the law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camper, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie Camper, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Nominated Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Nominated Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain the renter is deemed fully responsible for the Vehiclehired vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. Note: Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. 3.1 Hippie Camper will supply the Vehicle in a safe and road worthy condition, displaying a valid and current Certificate of Fitness.‌ 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper in good operating a safe and road worthy condition with a valid and with the seal current Certificate of the odometer unbroken. Fitness and You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Camper; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) 3.3 Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances You irrevocably authorise Hippie Camper, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie Version 2 as at 16 December 2015 Camper, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If 3.4 You must, at or before the seal expiry of the odometer is broken rental period deliver the Vehicle to the Return Location or otherwise tampered with, obtain Hippie Camper’s consent to the continuation of the hire (in which case You will be responsible must pay additional hire charges for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs the extended term of repairing or replacing the odometerhire). (f) 3.5 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingaccordance with clause 24.6. (g) 3.6 If You return the Vehicle late without the permission of Hippie Camper, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 24.7. 3.7 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 24.7 of the Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 22.‌ 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. . 3.10 Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel fuel, including contaminated fuel will be fuel, is at Your sole expense. . 3.11 Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge The Vehicle and the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition Equipment will be provided to the Vehicle and Hirer by the Company on the Hire Commencement Date in Good Working Order subject to any items noted in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie CamperCondition Report. (b) You acknowledge that The Hirer must return the Vehicle, with a full tank of fuel, and the Equipment to the Company at the Return Location at the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was Return Time in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsGood Working Order. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle The Company shall at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be chargedtheir sole discretion determine what constitutes fair wear and tear. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of The Hirer must immediately return the Vehicle without prior demand and the Equipment to You, and at your expense, the Company if there has been the Company notifies the Hirer that a breach of the Agreement has occurred or that the Hirer has made any term of this Agreement or if misrepresentation to the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camper, its employees or agents may enter on any property where Company whatsoever concerning the Vehicle is situated hire arrangement between the Company and You will indemnify Hippie Camper, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the VehicleHirer. (e) If The Hirer acknowledges that there may be a delay of up to 3 Business Days after the seal of Vehicle and the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible Equipment have been returned for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also the Company to clean and check the Vehicle and the Equipment for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometerdamage. (f) If You fail to return The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that the Vehicle ▇▇▇▇ will only be refunded to the Return Location or return the Vehicle Hirer, subject to a different location to the Return Locationclause 9(f), You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingafter any damage identified under subclause (e) is fully quantified and assessed. (g) If You attempt In the event that the Company consents to the return of the Vehicle and the Equipment by the Hirer prior to the Vehicle Return Location Time, then the Hirer agrees and it is not open for business at acknowledges that: (i) the time You return Company shall be under no obligation to reduce or otherwise provide a refund of any part of the Vehicle, Hire Charges relating to the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the VehicleShortened Hire Period, unless other arrangements have been agreed by the Company in writing; and (ii) the Company may, in its absolute discretion, amend the daily hire rate as set out in Item 5(a) of Part A to in writing by Hippie Camperthe current daily rate that is applicable to the Shortened Hire Period. (h) You must only use The Hirer acknowledges that the fuel specified by Vehicle and the manufacturer Equipment may not be returned outside of the Vehicle. Using bio-dieselCompany’s usual business hours without receiving prior written consent from the Company. (i) For the sake of clarity, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with Hirer acknowledges: (i) the use of Vehicle and the Equipment shall not be deemed returned to the Company under this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension Agreement until an employee of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Company takes possession of the Vehicle Agreement Part A prior and the Equipment, at the Return Location during usual business hours; and (ii) the Vehicle and Equipment remain at the Hirer’s risk until such time as the Vehicle and Equipment is deemed returned to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolenCompany under clause 2(i)(i).

It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.2 Dealer will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Dealer, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperDealer, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is deliberately broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Return Version 1.1 as at 13 April 2016 Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.5 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of Dealer, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 30.7 of this Agreement. 3.6 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and business; (b) the rental shall continue continues until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperDealer. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 30.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.7 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 28 of this Agreement. 3.8 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. All Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of this fuel the wrong fuel, including contaminated fuel will be fuel, are at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper . 3.10 Dealer must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Apollo in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (‘the Nominated Location’) on the date there specified or sooner sooner, if demanded by Hippie CamperApollo. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper Apollo and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You it was required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any statement or representation made by Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which and You shall be chargedcharged for that damage. (d) Hippie Camper Apollo in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, You and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any the law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Nominated Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Apollo in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Nominated Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicletime, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the VehicleApollo. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper Note: Apollo must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 31.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 29 of this Agreement. 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using . 3.10 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel typetype and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. All Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of this fuel the wrong fuel, including contaminated fuel will be fuel, are at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper . 3.11 Dealer must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is deliberately broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.2 Apollo will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Apollo, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents to the extent permitted by law from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometerodometer and you are unable to provide evidence of the party at fault for the damage. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated Version 3 as at 20 February 2018 with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.5 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 30.7 of this Agreement. 3.6 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and business; (b) the rental shall continue continues until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper▇▇▇▇▇▇. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 30.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.7 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the Commencement of the Rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 28 of this Agreement. 3.8 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using . 3.9 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel typetype and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. All Any Loss or Damage to the Vehicle or any costs associated with the use of this fuel the wrong fuel, including contaminated fuel will be (other than where it is at the fault of a third party and that third party’s details have been provided), are at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper . 3.10 Apollo must be notified and it must agree in writing to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Dealer; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie CamperDealer, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.2 Dealer will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. In such circumstances Hippie CamperYou irrevocably authorise Dealer, its employees or and agents may to enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperDealer, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is deliberately broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business ersion 1.1 as at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Apollo in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (‘the Nominated Location’) on the date there specified or sooner sooner, if demanded by Hippie CamperApollo. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper Apollo and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You it was required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any statement or representation made by Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which and You shall be chargedcharged for that damage. (d) Hippie Camper Apollo in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, You and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any the law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie CamperApollo, its employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day at 50c 1 dollar per kilometremile, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Nominated Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Apollo in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Nominated Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Nominated Location next opens for business and the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain the renter is deemed fully responsible for the Vehiclehired vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the VehicleApollo. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper Note: Apollo must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior to the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the police as stolen.

Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Dealer in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location location and on the Return Date date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Due- In Location") and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Due-In Time") or sooner if earlier is demanded by Hippie CamperDealer. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsDealer. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It You are responsible for all damage that is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged.Condition (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion We may take possession of repossess the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your expenseexpense without notice to you, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned or used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camperthis Agreement and we, its our employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and situated. You will indemnify Hippie CamperDealer, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c $1 per kilometremile, but also for any plus the costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the location specified in Rental Vehicle to a different location to the Return Agreement Part A ("Due-In Location, "). You will be charged responsible for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 "Due-In Location" unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper Dealer in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location until we inspect it upon our next opens opening for business and the rental shall Charges will continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camperaccrue. (h) To extend the rental period, You must only use have received our approval before the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel type. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior (the "Due-In Date"). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by credit card over the return date for telephone or at an Dealer Branch immediately on confirmation of the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle rental extension. The additional nights will be immediately reported at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in You being charged double the police as stolennightly gross rental rate.

You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Apollo; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agents.it; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (e) 3.3 If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs of repairing or replacing the odometerodometer and you are unable to provide evidence of the party at fault for the damage. (f) 3.4 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge in accordance with clause 30.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.5 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of Apollo, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 30.7 of this Agreement. 3.6 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and business; (b) the rental shall continue continues until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperApollo. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 30.7 of this Agreement. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) 3.2 Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 21. 3.8 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Vehicle Condition and Return. 3.1 Star RV will supply the Vehicle in a safe and road worthy condition, displaying a valid and current Certificate of Fitness.‌ 3.2 You acknowledge that: (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper Star RV in good operating a safe and road worthy condition with a valid and with the seal current Certificate of the odometer unbroken. Fitness and You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (condition, except for ordinary wear and teartear (not including windscreen or tyre damage) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A or sooner if demanded by Hippie Camper.A; (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that Star RV; (c) You inspected the Vehicle at the time of receipt Commencement of the Vehicle by You Rental and ascertained that it was in good running operating condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and that no representations about the Vehicle's condition were made to You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie CamperStar RV, its employees or agents.; and (cd) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It is essential that all existing damage is noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage Loss or Damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may 3.3 Star RV will take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand to You, and at your Your expense, if there has been a breach of any term Substantial Breach of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in violation of any law or is apparently abandonedAgreement. (e) If 3.4 You must, at or before the seal expiry of the odometer is broken rental period deliver the Vehicle to the Return Location or otherwise tampered with, obtain Star RV’s consent to the continuation of the hire (in which case You will be responsible must pay additional hire charges for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres per day at 50c per kilometre, but also for any costs the extended term of repairing or replacing the odometerhire). (f) 3.5 If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, You will be charged for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge in accordance with clause 31.6 of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper in writingthis Agreement. (g) 3.6 If You return the Vehicle after the Return Time without the permission of Star RV, You will be charged for the late return according to clause 31.7 of this Agreement. 3.7 If You attempt to return the Vehicle to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, : (a) the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location next opens for business and business; (b) the rental shall continue until that time and time; and (c) You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicle, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie CamperStar RV. You will also be charged the late fee in accordance with clause 31.7 of this Agreement. (h) 3.8 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel the difference will be charged in accordance with clause 29 of this Agreement. 3.9 You must only use the fuel type specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. Using Vehicle.‌ 3.10 Use of bio-diesel, ethanol or any organic hybrid fuel is strictly considered the wrong fuel typetype and constitutes a Substantial Breach of this Agreement. Vehicle Condition and Return. (a) You acknowledge the Vehicle was delivered to You by Hippie Camper ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in good operating condition and with the seal of the odometer unbroken. You agree to return the Vehicle without alteration or addition to the Vehicle and in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) together with all tools, tyres, accessories and equipment to the Return Location on the Return Date location specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Location") and on the date and time specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A (the "Return Date” and “Return Time") or sooner earlier if demanded by Hippie Camper▇▇▇▇▇▇. (b) You acknowledge that the Vehicle is the sole property of Hippie Camper and that at the time of receipt of the Vehicle by You it was in good running condition and fit for the purpose for which You required it and You ascertained this on your own inspection of the Vehicle and not as a result of any representation made by Hippie Camper, its employees or agentsApollo. (c) You acknowledge that the only existing damage to the Vehicle at the commencement of acknowledgethatthe onlyexistingdamage tothe Vehicleatthecommencementof this Agreement is that detailed on the Vehicle Condition Report. It You are responsible for all damage that is essential that all existing damage is not noted by You on the Vehicle Condition Report. Any damage which has not been noted on , regardless of fault. d) We may repossess the Vehicle Condition Report will constitute damage which has occurred subsequent to the commencement of this Agreement for which You shall be charged. (d) Hippie Camper in its absolute discretion may take possession of the Vehicle at Your expense without prior demand notice to You, and at your expense, if there has been a breach of any term of this Agreement or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned or used in violation of any law or is apparently abandoned. In such circumstances Hippie Camperthis Agreement and We, its our employees or agents may enter on any property where the Vehicle is situated and situated. You will indemnify Hippie CamperApollo, its employees and agents from claims by any person resulting from such entry and retaking of the Vehicle. (e) If the seal of the odometer is broken or otherwise tampered with, You will be responsible for not only an extra charge based on 500 kilometres 300 miles per day night at 50c $1 per kilometremile, but also for any plus the costs of repairing or replacing the odometer. Additionally, the person/s responsible will be reported to the police. (f) If You fail to return the Vehicle to the Return Location or return the specified in Rental Vehicle to a different location to the Return Location, Agreement Part A. You will be charged responsible for all costs associated with transporting or towing the Vehicle to the Return Location plus a minimum relocation charge of $500 unless otherwise agreed by Hippie Camper ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing. (g) If You attempt to return the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, You remain responsible for the loss of it and all damage to the Return Location and it is not open for business at the time You return the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be deemed to have been returned at the time when that Return Location until We inspect it upon our next opens opening for business and charges will continue to accrue. h) To extend the rental shall continue until that time and You shall remain fully responsible for the Vehicleperiod, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by Hippie Camper. (h) You must only use have received our approval before the fuel specified by the manufacturer of the Vehicle. All costs associated with the use of this fuel including contaminated fuel will be at Your sole expense. Hippie Camper must be notified and it must agree to any extension of the rental period beyond that dates specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A prior (the Return Date). Rental extension is subject to availability. The extra cost of an extended rental must be immediately on confirmation of the return date for the Vehicle otherwise the Vehicle rental extension. The additional nights will be immediately reported at the Gross Rental Rate available at the time of the extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in You being charged double the police as stolennightly gross rental rate.
