The Vehicle Control clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the operation and management of vehicles under an agreement. Vehicle Control. Any Contractor personnel entering upon the Facility shall remove the ignition keys of their vehicle and lock the vehicle when they leave it for any reason. Contractors shall ensure that all equipment in, on or around the vehicles is secured and inaccessible to anyone else while in the Facility.
Vehicle Control. For the safety of the occupants and guests, in the Community, Lessor has designated and posted certain speed limits; Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of such speed limits. All trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or other vehicles not used for daily transportation shall only be parked in the Community as may expressly be designated by Lessor. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. in order to be operated in the Community. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed in the Community. All Vehicles in the Community must be properly licensed and registered. Lessor, may at its sole discretion, for the welfare or the occupants of the Community restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. The operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, mini bikes and other two or three wheeled motorized vehicles must be first approved in writing by Lessor. Community roads are for passenger vehicles only. Heavy equipment and trucks are not allowed on community roads.

Lessor (at its sole discretion for the welfare of the occupants of the Park) restrict the delivery of certain products and services from approved designated suppliers, or restrict the time of delivery of products and services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must first approve the operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes, and other two, three, or four wheeled vehicles, in writing. No commercial vehicles are allowed in the Park.

Effective the first full pay period commencing on or after the date of ratification all seniority employees in Job Class 5 shall receive a wage rate increase equal to forty-three (43) cents per hour subject to the limitation that the wage rate increase can not result in the employee receiving a wage rate greater than the applicable job rate for Job Class 5 in the applicable contract year. Where a forty-three (43) cents per hour increase would result in a wage rate in excess of the applicable job rate, then, the excess shall be paid as a lump sum, in arrears, based on up to one thousand and forty (1040) hours worked at regular six (6) month intervals payable on the first full pay period on or after October 31, 2007 and April 30, 2008;

Neither Lessees nor guests or invitees shall park any vehicle on another resident’s space, common area, or a valid space without the express permission of the resident or Lessor, whichever is applicable. Visitors shall park in the designated guest or visitor parking areas or in their host’s drive if space is available. All trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or other vehicles must be approved in writing by the Lessor. Vehicles without valid current license plates and state inspection stickers must be removed by the Resident within 48 hours of their vehicle becoming mechanically inoperable, or of the expiration of the license plate or inspection sticker. Passenger cars and/or trucks are the only vehicles allowed in the Community. No trucks specifically larger than one
(1) ton shall be stored, parked, or kept within the Community or on any Premises. In the event it becomes necessary for the Community to remove any of the prohibited vehicles, all charges for such removal shall be paid immediately by Resident.
A. Parking is permitted in designated parking areas only B. NO parking is permitted in yards, grass, streets, Fire Lane at any time. Citations or possible towing may be issued to the owner of any vehicle parked in the Fire Lane.

Vehicle Control. In general, parking of vehicles on the work site shall not be permitted, except for tractors, cranes, and similar equipment used directly in performance of work, for delivery of materials/supplies, and for removal of waste and surplus material. The Government may designate an approved contractor employee parking area. Upon entering the work site, vehicles and drivers may be subject to search and inspection. The Contractor shall obtain authorization from the COR to park the Contractor’s official vehicles and motorized vehicular construction equipment that are required/desired to be parked on the work site. Vehicles in violation may be towed off the work site at the Contractor’s expense. Where Government- designated employee parking is not available, parking of construction employees’ automobiles and similar transportation vehicles may be excluded from the work site. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to arrange for suitable accommodation for these vehicles.
Vehicle Control. 2.1 Properly authorized vehicles having official business on the airport may operate within specified areas of the AOA. Vehicles shall not be operated upon any movement area unless authorized and escorted by Airport Operations.
2.2 Vehicles are restricted to the Contractor's work location and within the prescribed travel (haul) route. All vehicles shall follow the prescribed travel route and the identified Vehicle Service Roads. All traffic control signs and instructions shall be adhered to at all times.
