Vending Machines. Tenant shall not install or authorize the installation of any coin operated vending machines within the Premises, except machines for the purpose of dispensing coffee, snack foods and similar items to the employees and business visitors of Tenant for consumption upon the Premises, the installation and continued maintenance and repair of which shall be at the sole cost and expense of Tenant.
