Common use of Vendor Contract Clause in Contracts

Vendor Contract. 4.1 The City of San Diego shall enter into a Vendor Contract (“VC”), attached hereto as Addendum A, with a vendor (“Vendor”) to provide a CAD to CAD resource management and information sharing application, cloud hosting services, annual maintenance, and support related to the NGRCIP, with the exception of costs to be incurred by the Members described in Section 6. The City of San Diego shall serve as the “Contract Administrator” of the VC. Prior to executing the VC, the Contract Administrator shall obtain approval by all Member Agencies regarding the terms and conditions in the VC.
