Vendor Duties. A. All records of the Vendor relating to this Agreement shall be retained for five (5) years following the date of final payment under this Agreement. If the bidder takes any exceptions, they must provide the following within the “Exceptions” field of the table below (Bidder may provide responses in separate attachment if multiple exceptions are taken):

  • Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described and employees may be required to perform other job-related duties not specifically contained in the job description; however, employees required to perform such duties shall be qualified for the work to be performed.

  • Contractor’s Duties Notwithstanding termination of the contract and subject to any directions from the procurement officer, Contractor shall take timely, reasonable, and necessary action to protect and preserve property in the possession of Contractor in which the State has an interest.
