The Supplier agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the UNFPA funds received under this Agreement are used to provide support to individuals or entities associated with terrorism and that the recipients of any amounts provided by UNFPA hereunder do not apprea on the list stated below. Suppliers falling in any of the following categories are ineligible for the award of UNFPA business:
VENDOR ELIGIBILITY. The City of Mentor reserves the right to determine whether any vendor, product or display is eligible for inclusion in the festival. Both parties mutually agree that the City of Mentor shall have full authority in the placement and operation of vendors and their booth space. Photos should accompany your contract showing set-ups and the merchandise to be sold. Any fliers being distributed must also accompany your submitted contract. The City of Mentor must approve all items and materials being distributed. No smoking or alcoholic beverages in or near the vendor booths. Some items that CANNOT be sold are as follows: No food or beverage items may be sold, distributed or given away outside of the food vendor area; No drugs or drug paraphernalia; No explosive items, fireworks, or aerosol propelled items or lighters; No stink bombs or anything similar that requires the product to be ignited; No knives, swords, guns, or any type of weapon.

Vendors that have been suspended or removed by the United Nations Procurement Division are ineligible to do business with UNFPA. UNFPA adheres to decisions made by other organizations of the United Nations on the ineligibility of vendors for business with that organization of the United Nations if such ineligibility has been disclosed in UNGM. Vendors that have been declared ineligible for business by another organization of the United Nations are ineligible to do business with UNFPA. Persons or entities included on the list of individuals and entities associated with Al-Qaida and/or the Taliban, which is maintained pursuant to United Nations Security Council resolution 1267, are ineligible to do business with UNFPA. No exceptions are permitted. UNFPA may conduct procurement activities with funds granted by the International Development Association or by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In such cases, a Memorandum of Understanding must be signed by UNFPA and the recipient Country. The standard Memorandum of Understanding prohibits placing any purchase order to any supplier included in the World Bank Listing of Ineligible Firms and the World Bank Corporate Procurement Listing of Non-Responsible Vendors without obtaining in advance a written authorization from the funding entity. Also, handmade arts and crafts; fine art; wood products. All craft vendors must make or produce 100% of their products. All farm vendors must grow at least 50% of their weekly produce by volume.   • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.

  • Employee Eligibility For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond their normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.
