Vendor Performance. The TSLAC may monitor the performance of the Purchase Order issued under this Solicitation. All services and goods under the Purchase Order shall be performed at an acceptable service levels and in a manner consistent with acceptable industry standards, custom, and practice. The Vendor will receive a hard copy of this report, as well as an e-mailed copy. The TSLAC will provide a sample of the Vendor Performance Report upon request.
