VENDOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT. Best Buy and Vendor may agree upon additional business terms from time to time concerning matters such as Products, pricing, Market Development Funds ("MDF"), invoice credit term, stock rotation, volume rebates, new store allowances, etc. Such additional terms shall be contained in one or more Vendor Program Agreements, as amended from time to time by the parties.
