Common use of VENDOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

VENDOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT. Dealer and Vendor may agree upon certain business terms from time to time concerning matters such as Products, pricing, market development and cooperative advertising funds, invoice credit terms, stock rotation, volume rebates, new store allowances, etc. Such terms will be contained in one or more Program Agreements and is attached as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, which will be considered an addendum hereto, as amended from time to time by the parties. A separate Program Agreement may be entered into between the parties with respect to particular Product categories, or to distinguish terms relating to purchases made on behalf of a particular division, affiliate or subsidiary of Dealer. In the event of conflict between business terms of any Program Agreement and this Agreement, the business terms contained in such Program Agreement will control.
