Vendor will hold Citizens harmless from any actions resulting from Vendor’s non-compliance with Florida’s Public Records Laws. Without limiting Citizens’ other rights of termination as further described in this Agreement, Citizens may unilaterally terminate this Agreement for refusal by Vendor to comply with this Section unless the records are exempt from Section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes. The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
