VENUE ACCESS. The Licensor acknowledges that Venue access accreditations for the Games Period are provided on a strictly need-to access basis according to responsibilities, and shall provide the Host Society with a proposed plan for its staffing needs at the Venue during the Games Period together with sufficient information for the Host Society to process Venue access accreditations for such staff.
VENUE ACCESS. 3.1. The Client, its employees and sub-contractors will be permitted to enter the property on two occasions prior to the day of the Event for the purpose of making any operational or spatial planning investigations necessary for the smooth running of the Event, at such dates and times as shall be agreed in advance with TA. TA will use reasonable endeavours to answer any operational questions as the Client may reasonably ask during or following such visits.
3.2. All areas or rooms within the Venue to which the Client has been granted access, including agreed access times, are detailed on the Venue Hire Agreement.
3.3. The Client must arrive and vacate by the agreed time, as stated on the Venue Hire Agreement. Failure to adhere to the agreed times may incur additional charges. In the event of unauthorised overrunning (after initial verbal warning from Duty Manager) the Venue withholds the right to interrupt the Event, cut the power supply and exclude hire and third parties from the Venue with or without the assistance of security. If this occurs TA will charge additional charges to the Client accordingly.
3.4. Use of the room(s) detailed on the Venue Hire Agreement does not imply any right to use any other part of the building, for deliveries, storage or any other access except where TA has agreed to such use. If this occurs TA will charge additional charges to the Client accordingly.
VENUE ACCESS. Hirers must contact the Centre to receive the door access code one week prior to the date of hire. In the event of urgent problems arising during the hire period, please see front door for emergency contact details. Other matters can be reported to the Centre during office hours on 9888 0234. • PLEASE VACATE THE PREMISES PROMPTLY AT THE END OF YOUR HIRE TIME. The Administration Assistant will conduct a post-hire check at the conclusion of your booking. • Clean rooms used: sweep and mop floors where appropriate, wipe surfaces, replace chairs and tables to where they are stored and leaving the room in a tidy state. • Remove all decorations and place rubbish in the external centre bins. • If there is a large amount of rubbish do not use the centre bins. Please take home. • Use correct bins. Include only recyclable items in the recycling bin. • Turn off stove, oven, lights, heaters/air-conditioners, fans, taps, kettles and any other • Lock and secure all external doors. • Return key to key safe.

6.2 The Client is allowed access to begin set up before their booking start time and will have some time at the end of their booking to set down and vacate the building, free of charge.
6.3 Set up and set down times can be negotiated in advance. Failure to adhere to 6.2 may incur additional charges.
VENUE ACCESS. Host agrees to make Venue available to Client. Venue shall include any adjacent parking lots. Client will have access to the Venue on the Start Date at the time stated above. Client will need to return access, including any keys, equipment, furniture or other materials at the closing time stated above.
VENUE ACCESS. The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue from o’clock on , to o’clock on 20 . for the purpose of hosting the Renter’s event. Applicable to Wedding/Ceremonial/Funeral/Memorial occasions: Any clergy/officiant must be pre-approved by The ROCK UMC Pastor prior to the execution of the lease agreement. The ROCK UMC designated representative shall open and close for the event to occur. Upon closing the representative will inspect the property and determine if further action is warranted. If further action is not warranted the deposit will be returned within two weeks of event occurrence.
VENUE ACCESS. 5.1 The Client, its employees, sub-contractors and Guests must arrive and vacate the premises by the agreed times, as stated on the Booking Hire Agreement.
5.2 Failure to adhere to the agreed times will incur overrunning charge of £275 + VAT per hour.
5.3 In the event of unauthorised overrunning The ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ withholds the right to interrupt the Venue Hire, cut the power supply and exclude the Client and third parties from the Venue with or without the assistance of security. If this occurs The ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will charge Additional Fees to the Client accordingly.
VENUE ACCESS. 2.1 A Club must have access to the Venue for the entire Season.
2.2 NRL must have access for visiting Teams on the day before a Match for training purposes. This is subject to inclement weather and provided it does not interfere with any local games or other competition obligations. There is no need for prior access for Club Matches.
2.3 A Club must ensure unfettered access to the Venue for the NRL, Broadcasters and Competition Sponsors as specified in these Standards.
