Verification and Enforcement. 14.1 The Owners shall permit the District Council and the County Council and their authorised employees and agents upon reasonable notice to enter the Obligation Land at all reasonable times and for the purpose of verifying whether or not any obligation arising hereunder has been performed or observed.
