Common use of Verification of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Verification of Compliance. Upon ten days’ written notice, LRI may audit Customer’s use of the Software Product. Customer agrees to cooperate with LRI’s audit and provide reasonable assistance and access to information. Customer agrees to pay within thirty days of written notification any underpaid fees. If Customer does not pay, LRI can terminate this Agreement and Customer’s use of the Software Product.
