Verification of Contract Documents Clause Samples

The 'Verification of Contract Documents' clause requires parties, typically the contractor, to thoroughly review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of all contract documents before commencing work. This process involves checking drawings, specifications, and other related materials for discrepancies, errors, or omissions, and promptly notifying the other party if any issues are found. By mandating this verification, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, construction errors, and costly disputes by ensuring that all parties are working from consistent and accurate information.
