Common use of Verification of Credentials Clause in Contracts

Verification of Credentials. Except as set forth in Section 3.35 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, the Company has implemented policies and procedures to verify the credentials (including, but not limited to, with respect to education and licensure) of personnel that the Company places with its clients and to collect, maintain and update such credentialing information. To the Knowledge of the Company, employees, contractors and consultants each consistently follow and have followed such policies and procedures.

Verification of Credentials. Except as set forth in Section 3.35 3.30 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, the Company has implemented policies and procedures to verify the credentials (including, but not limited to, with respect to education and licensure) of personnel that the Company places with its clients Customers and to collect, maintain and update such credentialing information. To the Knowledge of the Company, employees, contractors and consultants each consistently follow and have followed such policies and procedures.
