VERIFICATION OF LICENSES, CREDENTIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. CONTRACTOR shall submit to LEA a staff list, and copies of all current licenses, credentials, permits and/or other documents, which entitle the holder to provide special education and/or related services by individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall notify the CDE and the LEA in writing as specified in the LEA Procedures and CDE within forty-five (45) days when personnel changes occur which may affect the provision of special education and/or related services to LEA pupils as specified in the LEA Procedures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if current license or credential documents are not available through no fault of the NPS/A, timely application having theretofore been made, this Master Contract shall remain in effect until such documents are made available to the NPS/A from the Consumer Affairs Department or the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
