Verification of Purchase May Be Required. The Claim Form shall advise Settlement Class Members that while proof of purchase is not required to submit a Claim, should good cause exist to doubt the validity of the information provided on the Claim Form, the Settlement Administrator may request verification or more information regarding the purchase of Merchandise for the purpose of preventing fraud. If the Settlement Class Member does not timely comply or is unable to produce documents or additional information to substantiate the information on the Claim Form and the Claim is otherwise not approved, the Settlement Administrator may disqualify the Claim.
