Common use of Verification of Termination Clause in Contracts

Verification of Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8.1(b), USI shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Optionor in recordable form with appropriate authorization for recording, within 10 days from request therefore, a deed of conveyance or any other document reasonably requested by Optionor or a title insurance company to verify the termination of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Option, with respect to any Option Property not conveyed to USI pursuant hereto.
