Common use of Verification Reviews Clause in Contracts

Verification Reviews. 31.1 Subject to each Party’s reasonable security requirements and except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, either Party may audit the other Party’s relevant books, records and other documents pertaining to services provided under this Agreement once in each Contract Year solely for the purpose of evaluating the accuracy of the other Party’s billing and invoicing to the other Party.
