Verified Reports. (refer to CAC Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-336). The project inspector shall submit verified reports (form DSA 6-PI and, when applicable, DSA 152-IPI) directly to DSA, the responsible design professional(s) and the school district as described in PR 13-01.
