Common use of Verily’s Data Use Clause in Contracts

Verily’s Data Use. Verily may use Participant Data for performing the Verily Activities and overall program administration, including generation of aggregate and de-identified data for such purposes; however, Verily will otherwise conduct research and analytics on the Participant Data only (a) at the request of State,through its authorized representative, a County, the federal government, or other relevant governmental authorities for the Purpose or (b) as otherwise authorized by Participants. Verily will handle collection, maintenance, and deletion of Participant Data in accordance with the terms and conditions of the authorization form and privacy policy applicable to the Program.
