Version Support. (01/19) Contractor shall, at the City’s request, maintain the ability to support up to two (2) earlier versions of the Goods or Services in operation. Contractor shall provide the City with at least twelve (12) months’ prior written notice, before discontinuing Maintenance in support of Goods or Services currently in use by the City. After such discontinuation, the Contractor shall make available to the City the option of continued support upon payment of a fee that shall not exceed one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the annual Maintenance fee for the most current version of the Good or Service.
