Common use of Vesting Date Clause in Contracts

Vesting Date. The RSUs awarded under this Agreement shall initially be 100% unvested and subject to forfeiture. The Vesting Reference Date of this Award is October 31, 2015. Subject to Sections 1(c), (d), (e) and (f), the RSUs shall vest in full in equal installments over two years with 50% vesting on the first anniversary of the Vesting Reference Date and 50% vesting on the second anniversary of the Vesting Reference Date.
