Common use of Vesting of Title Clause in Contracts

Vesting of Title. Upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and in accordance with the terms hereof, at the closing of the Purchase, the Company will have good title to the Shares free and clear of any and all security interests, liens, pledges, claims, encumbrances or rights of third parties whatsoever.
