Vibration. During 2005-2006 collective bargaining, the parties discussed the health and safety issues that could arise from the level of vibration in the Weaving Department. In order to reduce the risk of health and safety issues arising to employees working in the Weaving Department from unhealthy levels of vibration, within six (6) months following ratification, the Company will retain a qualified independent expert to review and provide recommendations to the JHSC with respect to the need to reduce existing vibration levels and, if required, effective measures to reduce vibration levels. As well, a review will be conducted with respect to Electro Magnetic Fields in the workplace.
