Video Display Terminal. 31.8.1 Where work demands constant and uninterrupted concentration on the screen by the operator, the Employer will allow the operator five (5) minutes of non-visual display unit work after one (1) hour of operation and fifteen (15) minutes of non-visual display unit work after every twotwo (2) hours of operation. The non-visual display unit work activity may coincide with regular work breaks. 31.8.2 The Board shall grant leave of absence with pay up to a maximum of two (2) hours for employees to have the eye test in accordance with the Wellness Plan.
