Video Format Clause Samples

The Video Format clause defines the technical specifications and standards that any video content must adhere to under the agreement. It typically outlines requirements such as resolution, aspect ratio, file type, and compression standards, ensuring that all delivered videos are compatible with the intended platforms or devices. By setting these parameters, the clause helps prevent issues related to incompatibility or poor quality, ensuring that the final video products meet the expectations and needs of all parties involved.
Video Format. The UV file provided by Party A should be used with a resolution of 5000x5000, encoded in HAP, and in MOV format.

The ideal Juror Orientation Video and the Video Vignettes will include testimonials from actual jurors, judges, and/or attorneys; mixed use of live-action and animated segments, a welcome and thank-you message from the Chief Justice or other high-ranking member of California judicial branch; be filmed on location at a California courthouse to be determined; as well as footage reflecting the natural and cultural diversity of California. The video(s) will also highlight the diversity of our state, appealing to the broadest range of Californians, as well as serve to address explicit and/or implicit concerns that prospective jurors may have about their service.
Video Format. (As may be reasonably revised from time to time by Universal with notice to Musicloads, provided that Musicloads will have a reasonable period to implement any modifications to its system required by any such change.)

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above.
