Video Monitoring. 1. According to judicial rulings, Landlord 1 must inter alia ensure that the Tenant is not harassed or potentially endangered by "unwanted visitors" in the stairwell, underground car parks or empty apartments. In light of cases of vandalism in the Landlord's FIZZ buildings and underground car parks and/or at its affiliated companies, Landlord 1 had decided to monitor the entrance area and the common areas of The FIZZ and underground parking by means of a video camera.
2. This monitoring will be clearly announced on signs in the entrance areas of The FIZZ and in the underground car park, as well as in the monitored public areas. Unfortunately, due to the large number of tenants and visitors entering and exiting each day, a less restrictive measure of ensuring the safety of The FIZZ and its residents is not tenable.
3. The Landlord space and the doors to the Landlord space are not monitored. The latest survey of tenants by Landlord 1 and its affiliated companies revealed that no one Tenant agreement THE FIZZ Bremen (Version 14.1) Page 6 of 7 objects to video monitoring. On the contrary, tenants even request/welcome video surveillance since it makes them feel safer.
4. Video monitoring only records images, and no sound recordings of the aforementioned areas are created. Recorded images will be stored electronically for a period of up to 14 days and then immediately overwritten.
5. The recorded images will only be reviewed and stored for a longer period of time in case of suspicion that crimes have been committed. The electronic storage location for recorded images is password protected. Access to these recordings is limited to solely the house manager and/or his or her representative(s) as well as the IT service provider of Landlord 1, all of whom are sworn to secrecy. In the event that there is suspicion that a crime has been committed, the house manager reports solely to the management of Landlord 1, which can then inspect the video recordings.
6. The Tenant consents to the recording of video images and the electronic storage of recordings of the entrance area and the public areas of The FIZZ and the underground garage by means of video cameras, and shall ensure that the people who enter The FIZZ with his or her consent/at his or her behest are informed of the video surveillance.

Video Monitoring. The City and the Union agree to continue to adhere to the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes, sections 31-48b and 31-48d, regarding video monitoring. The City agrees to the following protocol regarding the use of Video Monitoring in its police facilities:
a. Each location where video monitoring occurs shall be posted giving notice of the camera locations.
b. The Union shall be notified of the locations of video monitoring and be allowed to inspect the camera views.
c. When discipline is pending from the use of video monitoring in a police facility, the employee and union representative, if requested, shall have the opportunity to view and where feasible have a copy of the video recording prior to providing an explanation in writing or orally. This opportunity shall be afforded before any discipline is taken. The above does not apply to criminal investigations C.G.S., sec. 31-48d(d); covert investigations as authorized in C.G.S., sec. 31,48d(b)(2); and for security purposes in common areas which are held out for use by the public or which is prohibited by state or federal law as specified in C.G.S., sec. 31-48d(a)(3). This also does not apply electronic monitoring in public areas.

You are fully aware that all of CBG premises are equipped with video & audio monitoring technology which is constantly recording for the security of the gym and that the video monitoring can be remotely viewed at any time by the gym’s nominated agent and/or security provider. This system is used for security purposes but does not guarantee against harm.

These round trash cans are meant for small miscellaneous items and should not be filled with household trash from residents.
Video Monitoring. Owner reserves the right to install and maintain video monitoring at all times. All video recordings are the exclusive property of Owner and nothing in this Agreement obligates that video monitoring will be performed nor provides Occupant the right to access to any video recording.
Video Monitoring. The wellness center uses video cameras on its property and makes video recordings of all staff, program participants, and visitors. Video cameras may be used in locations deemed appropriate by the wellness center except that in no event shall video cameras be used in places where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy such as restrooms, changing areas, locker rooms. Guests – Guests of a member may use the facility for a fee of $5 per day. Fee may be placed in the provided box at the Wellness Center or contact the school at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.

The PARTICIPANT hereby agrees that PROVIDER shall have no obligation to review or monitor the contents of any video visit made or received using the SYSTEM and shall have no obligation to notify the PARTICIPANT in connection with any use or misuse of the SYSTEM. The PARTICIPANT hereby agrees that PROVIDER shall have no obligation to verify the users of the SYSTEM and shall not be liable for any use of the SYSTEM that is in violation of the Terms of Use accepted by the FACILITY'S inmates and visitors. DISCLAIMER: PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT, OR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. ADDITIONALLY, PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT, OR SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM ERROR OR BE UNINTERRUPTED DURING THE INITIAL TERM OR EXTENDED TERM.
