Common use of Village Responsibility for Improvements Clause in Contracts

Village Responsibility for Improvements. The Village shall not be responsible to perform any repair or maintenance on any improvements until they are dedicated and accepted by the Village Board. At the discretion of the Village, snow plowing operations may occur on behalf of the Developer within the subdivision prior to final dedication and acceptance of the surface course of asphalt. The Developer acknowledges the benefit of the snow plowing operations and will be responsible for any maintenance or repair to the Improvements caused from the snow plowing operations.
