Common use of Violation of Specific Provision Clause in Contracts

Violation of Specific Provision. No matter other than a grievance alleging a violation of a specific provision of this Agreement may be heard by an arbitrator. If the grievance does not meet the above standard, the arbitrator may not review the merits of the grievance and shall deny the grievance based on the University’s last response in the grievance procedure.
