Common use of Violation Clause in Contracts

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer and the Servicer and the Issuer and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.08, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred for the enforcement.

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer and Issuer, the Servicer and the Issuer Administrator, and the Issuer, the Servicer and the Administrator may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Issuer, the Servicer or the Servicer Administrator to enforce this Section 4.084.9, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred for the enforcement.

The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer and Seller or the Servicer and each of the Issuer Seller and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Seller or the Servicer to enforce compliance by the Asset Representations Reviewer with this Section 4.084.09, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer and Issuer, the Master Servicer or the Servicer and each of the Issuer Issuer, the Master Servicer and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Issuer, the Master Servicer or the Servicer to enforce compliance by the Asset Representations Reviewer with this Section 4.084.9, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer Issuer, the Depositor, the Sponsor and the Servicer and the Issuer Issuer, the Depositor, the Sponsor and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.084.9, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer or the Servicer, and the Servicer and each of the Issuer and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer Trustee, the Manager or the Servicer, and the Servicer and each of the Issuer Trustee, the Manager and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Trustee, the Manager or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.084.9, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.

Violation. The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer and the Servicer and the Issuer, the Issuer and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.087, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s 's fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.

The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that a violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the Issuer Issuer[, the Grantor Trust] and the Servicer and the Issuer Issuer[, the Grantor Trust] and the Servicer may seek injunctive relief in addition to legal remedies. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Issuer[, the Grantor Trust] or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.08, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred for the enforcement.

Violation. If an action is initiated by the Issuer Issuer, the Master Servicer or the Servicer to enforce this Section 4.084.9, the prevailing party will be reimbursed for its fees entitled to reimbursement of costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by it for the enforcement.
