Common use of Violation Clause in Contracts

Violation. Any breach of this Article 10 shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such material breach, Comcast shall have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate immediately any or all Service Orders, without liability on the part of Comcast, and then to notify Customer of the action that Comcast has taken and the reason for such action, in addition to any and all other rights and remedies under this Agreement.
