Visibility Services. Visibility shall support and maintain the Subscription in accordance with the Support & Maintenance Policy. Updates as defined in the Support & Maintenance Policy are deemed part of the Subscription. Visibility also shall deliver the implementation, training, consulting and other services set forth in an applicable Order Form.
