Visits to Site and Observation of Construction. In connection with observations of Contractor’s Work while it is in progress: a. Make visits to the Site at intervals appropriate to the various stages of construction, as Engineer deems necessary, to observe as an experienced and qualified design professional the progress and quality of Contractor’s executed Work. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner informed of the progress of the Work. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits to, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work will conform in general to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract Documents. Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work in progress, supervise, direct, or have control over Contractor’s Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the Work. Accordingly, Engineer neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractor’s failure to furnish and perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Make 2.6.2.1 Engineer shall make visits to the Site at intervals appropriate to site once per month minimum, or more frequent visits as deemed necessary by Owner and/or progress of work during the various stages of construction, as Engineer deems necessary, construction periods to observe as an experienced and qualified design professional the progress and quality of Contractor’s executed Work. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect various aspects of Contractor’s Work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if anywork. On the other hand, Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, work nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, sequences or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of Contractor or for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to Contractor’s Contractor furnishing and performing the Worktheir work except as provided in 2.6.3. However, those visits shall be made at least every other week unless the Owner otherwise agrees. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work Contractor’s work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, will determine if the Work is being performed in a manner indicating that the Work when completed will be in accordance with the Contract Documents, and will endeavor to guard the Owner against defects and deficiencies in the Work. and Engineer shall keep Owner informed in writing of the progress of the Work. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits to, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work will conform in general to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract DocumentsDocuments has been implemented and preserved by Contractor. However, those visits shall be made at least weekly unless the Owner otherwise agrees. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work Contractor’s work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, will determine if the Work is being performed in a manner indicating that the Work when completed will be in accordance with the Contract Documents, and will endeavor to guard the Owner against defects and deficiencies in the Work. and Engineer shall keep Owner informed in writing of the progress of the Work. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits to, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work will conform in general to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract DocumentsDocuments has been implemented and preserved by Contractor. Such visits and observations by EngineerENGINEER, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer ENGINEER in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on EngineerENGINEER’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner PCCA informed of the progress of the Work. b. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation prosecution of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, work and determine if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner informed Documents within the limits of the progress construction phase budget. Consultant shall issue necessary interpretations and clarifications of the WorkContract Documents and in connection therewith prepare work directive changes and change orders as required. b. b) Provide the services of a Resident Project Representative (RPR) and any assistants to be the Consultant’s agent or employee under the Consultant’s supervision. c) The purpose of EngineerConsultant’s visits to, to and representation by the Resident Project RepresentativeRPR (and assistants, if any, ) at the Site, site will be to enable Engineer Consultant to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer Consultant during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s Consultant's efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner the Agency a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work work of Contractor(s) will conform in general generally to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated reflected in the Contract DocumentsDocuments has been implemented and preserved by Contractor(s). Engineer On the other hand, Consultant shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work Contractor(s)' work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the SiteContractor(s), for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of the Contractor(s) or for any failure of Contractor Contractor(s) to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, or orders applicable to Contractor’s Contractor(s) furnishing and performing the Worktheir work. Accordingly, Engineer Consultant can neither guarantees guarantee the performance of any Contractor the construction contracts by Contractor(s) nor assumes assume responsibility for any Contractor’s Contractor(s)' failure to furnish and perform the Work their work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The RPR is scheduled for 100% of full-time including travel to/from Tenino for the scheduled length of construction. 80% of the RPR’s time is budgeted for Schedule A road construction and the remaining 20% of the RPR’s time is budgeted for Schedule B waterline construction.

Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer will ENGINEER shall endeavor to determine in general if the Work such work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, Documents and Engineer ENGINEER shall keep Owner OWNER informed of the progress of the Work. b. work. Engineer On the other hand, ENGINEER shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work 's work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, 's work nor shall Engineer ENGINEER have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, sequences or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of Contractor or for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to Contractor’s 's furnishing and performing the Workwork. Accordingly, Engineer ENGINEER neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractor’s 's failure to furnish and perform the Work its work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Engineer On the other hand, ENGINEER shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work 's work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, 's work nor shall Engineer ENGINEER have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, sequences or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of Contractor or for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to Contractor’s 's furnishing and performing the Workwork. In addition, ENGINEER shall provide the services of a Resident project Representative at the site to assist ENGINEER and to provide more continuous observations of such work. An outline of the Resident Project Representative responsibilities are attached as “Exhibit B”. The RPR is budgeted for 40 hours and is anticipated to be onsite 3 times per week on average with each trip averaging a total of 4 hours including travel to and from Tenino.

Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work Contractor’s work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, will determine if the Work is being performed in a manner indicating that the Work when completed will be in accordance with the Contract Documents, and will endeavor to guard the Owner against defects and deficiencies in the Work. and Engineer shall keep Owner informed in writing of the progress of the Work. b. Such visits and observations by EngineerENGINEER, and the Resident Project RepresentativeInspector, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer ENGINEER in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on EngineerENGINEER’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project RepresentativeInspector, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer ENGINEER will determine in general if the Work Contractor’s work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer ENGINEER shall keep Owner OWNER informed of the progress of the Work.. Engineer ENGINEER shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work work in progress, supervise, direct, or have control over Contractor’s Workwork, nor shall Engineer ENGINEER have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Workwork, nor or for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the Work. Accordingly, Engineer ENGINEER neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractor’s failure to furnish and perform the Work its work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Visits to Site and Observation of Construction. In connection with observations of Contractor’s Work the work of Contractor while it is in progress:. a. Make 2.5.2.1 Engineer shall make visits to the Site at intervals appropriate to site once per month minimum, or more frequent visits as deemed necessary by Owner and/or progress of work during the various stages of construction, as Engineer deems necessary, construction periods to observe as an experienced and qualified design professional the progress and quality of Contractor’s executed Work. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect various aspects of Contractor’s Work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, and similar methods of general observation of the Work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if anywork. On the other hand, Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, work nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, sequences or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of Contractor or for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to Contractor’s Contractor furnishing and performing the Worktheir work except as provided elsewhere in this Contract. Accordingly, Engineer can neither guarantees guarantee the performance of any the construction contracts by Contractor nor assumes assume responsibility for any Contractor’s failure to furnish and perform the Work their work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Accordingly, Engineer CONSULTANT can neither guarantees guarantee the performance of any Contractor the construction contracts by Contractor(s) nor assumes assume responsibility for any Contractor’s Contractor(s)' failure to furnish and perform the Work their work in accordance with the Contract Documents. 1.6.2.3 Based on the anticipated time frame for construction by the Contractor, CONSULTANT services include the following construction observation trips to the site. CONSULTANT shall coordinate a pre-construction meeting to be attended by OWNER, Contractor, and CONSULTANT. During construction, CONSULTANT shall make up to three visits to the project site to observe construction activities. Following construction, CONSULTANT shall complete a substantial completion site visit and issue a certification of substantial completion, if appropriate.

Based on information obtained during such visits and on such observations, Engineer will CONSULTANT shall endeavor to determine in general if the Work such work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, Documents and Engineer CONSULTANT shall keep Owner OWNER informed of the progress of the Workwork. b. 1.6.2.2 The Resident Project Representative (and any assistants) will be CONSULTANT's agent or employee and under CONSULTANT's supervision. At its sole discretion, OWNER will have a right to review the credentials, certifications, and experience of the proposed Resident Project Representative (and any assistants) and reject those candidates for any lawful, reasonable reason. The duties and responsibilities of the Resident Project Representative (and assistants) are set forth below. 1.6.2.3 The purpose of Engineer’s CONSULTANT's visits to, to and representation by the Resident Project RepresentativeRepresentative (and assistants, if any, ) at the Site, site will be to enable Engineer CONSULTANT to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer CONSULTANT during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s CONSULTANT's efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner OWNER a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work work of Contractor(s) will conform in general generally to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated reflected in the Contract DocumentsDocuments has been implemented and preserved by Contractor(s). Engineer On the other hand, CONSULTANT shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work Contractor(s)' work in progress, supervise, direct, direct or have control over Contractor’s Work, Contractor(s)' work nor shall Engineer CONSULTANT have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, sequences or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the SiteContractor(s), for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor the work of Contractor(s) or for any failure of Contractor Contractor(s) to comply with Laws and Regulations laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to Contractor’s Contractor(s) furnishing and performing the Worktheir work. Accordingly, Engineer CONSULTANT can neither guarantees guarantee the performance of any Contractor the construction contracts by Contractor(s) nor assumes assume responsibility for any Contractor’s Contractor(s)' failure to furnish and perform the Work their work in accordance with the Contract Documents, unless such failure was caused in whole or in part by the negligence of CONSULTANT it its design, or a failure of CONSULTANT to follow industry standard practices in the performance of its services.

The OWNER may require of the ENGINEER to observe critical construction items and provide a written report to document compliance with the Contract Documents. In addition, ENGINEER shall provide the services of a Resident Project Representative at the site to assist ENGINEER and OWNER to provide more continuous observations of such work. The furnishing of such Resident Project Representative services will not extend ENGINEER's responsibilities or authority beyond the specific limits set forth elsewhere in this paragraph 1.10. The ENGINEER will provide periodic site visits upon request by the OWNER to review aspects of work progress. Such visits and observations by EngineerENGINEER, OWNER and the ENGINEER’s Resident Project Representative, if any, Representative are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractor’s Work the work in progress progress, or to involve detailed inspections of Contractor’s Work in progress the work beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer the OWNER in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, sampling and similar methods of general observation of the Work work based on Engineer’s the ENGINEER's exercise of professional judgment as assisted by the ENGINEER’s Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and such observations, Engineer will the ENGINEER shall endeavor to determine in general if the Work such work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, Documents and Engineer the ENGINEER shall keep Owner the OWNER informed of the progress of the Work. b. work by means of appropriate weekly summarized reports. Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work in progress, supervise, direct, or have control over Contractor’s Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the Work. Accordingly, Engineer neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractor’s failure to furnish and perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documentselsewhere.

Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner CLIENT informed of the progress of the Work. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits to, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner CLIENT a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work will conform in general to the Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract Documents. Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work in progress, supervise, direct, or have control over Contractor’s Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on at the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the Work. Accordingly, Engineer neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractor’s failure to furnish and or perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Visits to Site and Observation of Construction. In connection with observations of Contractorthe awarded contractor’s Work work while it is in progressduring the project: a. Make visits to the Site at intervals appropriate to the various stages of construction, as Engineer deems necessary, necessary to observe as an experienced and qualified design professional the progress and quality of Contractorcontractor’s executed Workwork. For this proposal the Engineer has estimated no more than twelve (12) site visits. Such visits and observations by Engineer, and the Resident Project Representative, if any, are not intended to be exhaustive or to extend to every aspect of Contractorcontractor’s Work work in progress or to involve detailed inspections of Contractorcontractor’s Work work in progress beyond the responsibilities specifically assigned to Engineer in this Agreement and the Contract Documents, but rather are to be limited to spot checking, selective sampling, checking and similar methods of general observation of the Work work based on Engineer’s exercise of professional judgment judgment, as assisted by the Resident Project Representative, if any. Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner County informed of the progress of the Workwork. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits to, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner County with a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work work will conform in general to the Contract Documents and that Contractor contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract Documents. Engineer’s visits shall be of sufficient quantity, duration, and thoroughness so that the Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work in progress, supervise, direct, or have control may provide the needed certifications to the governmental authorities having jurisdiction over Contractor’s Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractor, for security or safety on the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractor’s Work, nor for any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the WorkProject. Accordingly, Engineer neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor contractor nor assumes responsibility for any Contractorcontractor’s failure to furnish and or perform the Work work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Based on information obtained during such visits and observations, Engineer will determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Contract Documents, and Engineer shall keep Owner informed of the progress of the Work. b. The purpose of Engineer’s visits toto the Site, and representation by the Resident Project Representative, if any, at the Site, will be to enable Engineer to better carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to and undertaken by Engineer during the Construction Phase, and, in addition, by the exercise of Engineer’s efforts as an experienced and qualified design professional, to provide for Owner a greater degree of confidence that the completed Work will conform in general to the Construction Contract Documents and that Contractor has implemented and maintained the integrity of the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Construction Contract Documents. Engineer shall not, during such visits or as a result of such observations of Contractor’s Work in progressthe Work, supervise, direct, or have control over Contractor’s the Work, nor shall Engineer have authority over or responsibility for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction selected or used by Contractorany Constructor, for security or safety on at the Site, for safety precautions and programs incident to Contractorany Constructor’s Workwork in progress, for the coordination of the Constructors’ work or schedules, nor for any failure of Contractor any Constructor to comply with Laws and Regulations applicable to Contractor’s furnishing and performing the Workof its work. Accordingly, Engineer neither guarantees the performance of any Contractor Constructor nor assumes responsibility for any ContractorConstructor’s failure to furnish and or perform the Work Work, or any portion of the Work, in accordance with the Construction Contract Documents. c. The visits described in Article A1.05.A.9.a shall be at least monthly and the Engineer shall document all visits to the project with copies furnished to the Owner and Agency.
