Calls to UK Mobile destinations from the Cloud Voice Services shall be chargeable as per Supplier’s standard Tariffs Calls to emergency services are supported by the service including within the mobile client within the UK. Should the user take the service to another country, the emergency service is not supported and should not be used to dial the UK or relevant overseas emergency services. PSTN, ISDN and DDI numbers can be ported into the unified communication solution. Where additional numbers are required, these can be provided from the pre-allocated pool and immediately associate them to the customer allowing them to be assigned to the unified communication platform. Guest Participants i.e. those who do not have Cloud Voice Collaborate will be sent a link contained in an invitation.
