Void Assignment. (09/17) In the event that Contractor assigns its obligations under this Contract to a third party in a manner other than as set forth in Section 5.7, Assignment, the City shall have the option to terminate this Contract without any notice or cure period or further obligation to Contractor or the assignee, and promptly receive a refund for fees paid for Products delivered and/or Services performed by the third party.
