Volume Determinations - General Clause Samples

The 'Volume Determinations - General' clause defines how the quantity of goods or services to be delivered under a contract will be measured or calculated. It typically outlines the methods, standards, or instruments to be used for determining volumes, such as using certified scales, flow meters, or third-party verification. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for measuring quantities, thereby reducing disputes and providing a reliable basis for invoicing and performance assessment.
