Volume Estimate. For planning purposes only. These volume estimates are not a requirement or guarantee: 1. Sterigenics U.S and Sterigenics Canada- [***] pounds annually. 2. Sterigenics Mexico and Sterigenics Costa Rica will provide Seller with an annual forecast each November to determine volumes for upcoming calendar year. Sterigenics Mexico and Costa Rica will provide an updated rolling quarterly forecast, which will include four (4) quarters; the upcoming current quarter and the three (3) following quarters. The current quarter will be based on mutually agreeably lead times. This rolling forecast shall be submitted to Seller thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the upcoming quarter to be forecasted.
