Voluntary Action by DB Contractor. If the DB Contractor elects to make payments to Utility Companies or to undertake any other efforts not required by the terms of the Contract Documents, the DB Contractor shall not be entitled to a Change Order in connection therewith. The DB Contractor shall promptly notify the District of the terms of any such arrangements.
