Common use of Voluntary and Knowing Clause in Contracts

Voluntary and Knowing. I understand and voluntarily execute this Agreement and assent to its terms, and affirm that my decision to sign this Agreement has been made freely and without any duress or coercion. I have read this Agreement carefully and understand all its terms. I have had the opportunity to review this Agreement with my own attorney, and have been and am hereby again advised to consult with my own attorney before signing this Agreement. In agreeing to sign this Agreement, I have not relied on any representations, promises, agreements, statements or explanations made by the Company or its attorneys in connection with my decision to accept. This Agreement describes everything that I have received or will receive for its execution, and I am not relying on any other promises or representations in deciding whether to execute this Agreement.
