Voluntary and Knowing. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has had the opportunity to negotiate this Agreement and is entering this Agreement voluntarily. The Executive also acknowledges that it was recommended to the Executive by the Company that the Executive obtain independent legal advice before executing this Agreement and that the Executive has been afforded an opportunity to do so.
