Common use of Voluntary and Mandatory Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Voluntary and Mandatory Prepayments. (a) Borrowers may prepay the Revolving Loans at any time in whole or in part. Borrowers may permanently reduce the Revolving Commitments (with a corresponding reduction in the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount) at any time; provided, that (i) Borrowing Agent shall provide at least three (3) Business Days prior written notice of such reduction, (ii) such reduction shall be in increments of $10,000,000, (iii) such reduction shall be permanent and pro rata among the Lenders, and (iv) in no event shall the Revolving Commitments be reduced below $150,000,000.
