Common use of Voluntary Authorization Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Authorization. ▇▇▇ qualifies as an authorizer pursuant to Minnesota Statute 124E.05. In granting this Contract, PUC voluntarily exercises powers given to PUC pursuant to Applicable Law to authorize charter schools. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of PUC's autonomy or powers.
