All parties represent and acknowledge that in executing this Settlement Agreement, they have been afforded full opportunity to discuss all aspects of this Settlement Agreement with their legal counsel, carefully read and fully understand all of the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and voluntarily and knowingly signed this Settlement Agreement.
