Voluntary Employee Reduced Time (VERT. Full-time employees may apply for an unpaid voluntary employee reduced time (VERT) or work schedule for a designated period of time but not to exceed three (3) months duration in a 12- month period. Approval of a VERT is at the discretion of the supervisor and no employee can be required to apply for such leave.
