Voluntary Peer Assistance Program. Any unit member desiring assistance in improving their practice may apply to the PAPR Committee for such assistance on a confidential basis. a. The PAPR Committee shall have the authority to accept or reject such referrals. b. If a unit member voluntarily requests PAPR program support, documentation will not be placed in the unit member’s personnel file.
