Voluntary Reductions in Hours. 6 1. Annually, the County will survey Pharmacists, who have completed 7 their trial service period, to determine if there is interest from one or more employees to 8 voluntarily reduce their Full-Time Equivalency (FTE). 9 2. The County will review and approve an employee’s request to 10 voluntarily reduce their FTE based on manager discretion, operational needs, and 11 availability of budget.
