Common use of Voluntary Signature Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Signature. By accepting the Terms of Service of the Own Your Best Life program, I represent that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and that I am executing it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ has not made and I have not relied on any oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the terms contained in this Agreement. I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same, now and in the future. 8. I HAVE READ THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW. By signing this document, Participant also acknowledges that s/he has read the 2016 Wellness Program Activity Reimbursement Overview, understands its terms and requirements, and agrees to abide by all Program terms and/or requirements.
